Part-Time Evenings/Weekends RN Nurse

Sincera Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team and assist in covering weekday shifts from 5-7pm, 7am-1pm shifts on Saturday and 1pm-7pm on Sundays.  The RN will provide high-quality patient care, support physicians, and ensure smooth clinical operations in a fast-paced urgent care setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in coordination with healthcare team members.
- Perform triage, obtain patient history, and document patient information accurately.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in minor procedures, wound care, and suturing as needed.
- Conduct diagnostic tests, interpret results, and provide patient education on treatment plans and preventative care.
- Monitor patient progress and provide updates to physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor at all times.
Maintain clean and organized patient care areas and ensure compliance with infection control policies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current with best practices in urgent care nursing.
- Assist with front office duties, including patient check-in/check-out, when necessary.
